Bookstore GUIDELINES Your Augusta University Bookstore provides a 12 month subscription to Anthology Portfolio on the RoarStore.net web site. This purchase is for new, existing and expired users. Access is typically provided within 1-2 days of purchase, usually sooner during non-rush periods. Click for purchase:
A recent change, no longer requires the use of code activation. It is now a code-less subscription. See below details to access your user account. NEW User Account: After purchase, the bookstore will create your account on the Anthology Dashboard and then you will receive an email from Anthology with details of username and password to set up your login. RENEWAL User Account: After purchase, the bookstore will renew your account. You will not receive an email, but your current subscription expiration will be extended by 12 months. You can review your expiration date in your Anthology account settings. Allow 1-2 days for this to update. EXPIRED User Account: After purchase, the bookstore will renew your account. You will not receive an email, but your current account will be renewed with a new expiration date. You can review your expiration date in your Anthology account settings. FAQ'S - Part 1: Purchasing

Is the purchase of the subscription specific to my course? No, the purchase is not specific to your course as it is a general subscription for a length of 12 months. You will manage your individual courses within your account. I placed my web order, but I did not receive a code. You will not receive a code as it is now a code-less subscription. After you order is processed by the bookstore, we will create or renew your account. Please allow 1-2 days. See above details for access to your subscription. I am unable to see a price or add to cart for checkout. It is recommended to look up your course materials using your Student ID# by clicking the 'Order Textbooks' Menu tab. Scroll to the bottom and enter your ID# to see your required course materials. I need a subscription, but it is not showing as required for my course based on my schedule. First confirm with your university department or instructor that the subscription is currently required for your program (see additional FAQ at bottom). If confirmed, in the general search bar of the RoarStore.net web site, search for Anthology Portfolio. You can then select a course and see available purchase options. Again, your purchase is not specific to the course, as it may be used for multiple courses. Do I need to purchase multiple subscription if it is required for several courses? No, you only need to purchase a single subscription for 12 months. My login and password do not work. Please email the Bookstore Fulfillment Center: augusta@textbookbrokers.com to request a password reset. How do I renew my existing subscription? You can purchase and additional 12 month subscription by visiting RoarStore.net to place an order. Please use your same augusta.edu email. See above for more details. Do I need to purchase a new subscription each term if it is required for my course? No, you only need to purchase a new subscription if your existing subscription has expired. Need more assistance?
